
Viviane Ephraimson-Abt, Ms. Ed, LPC, offers mindfulness based support services for individuals, groups and organizations. She knows how mindfulness practice can offer many benefits, including fostering well-being. She enjoys helping people improve their lives.
Viviane’s is warm, empathetic, and sensitive to the variety of issues that can arise in mindfulness practice. She stays current with mindfulness research and developments in order to help clients in the most effective ways possible.
She has training and experience in a variety of mindfulness modalities, including:
o Graduate of the Hakomi Institute for mindfulness based gestalt psychotherapy
o Facilitator for Personal Leadership: Making a World of Difference- a mindful
self leadership process for those in diverse cultural situations
o Trained in Duke University's Koru Mindfulness, an evidence based mindfulness curriculum that improves well-being and reduces stress
o Mentor and leader in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Community for Mindful Living- mindfulness based practices to improve daily living and transform difficulty
o Trainer for the Center for Council- a mindful community building and dialogue process
Viviane is registered as a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Colorado. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the American University, and masters’ degrees in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University and Intercultural Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
