Koru Basic Mindfulness Workshop

Are you new to mindfulness or want to go back to basics? Koru Basic is a small group  workshop, held over 4 weeks, and includes instruction for mindfulness meditation and  body/mind practices to improve well-being. Koru is an evidence-based curriculum, developed at Duke University, that has been shown to decrease stress, improve sleep, and cultivates mindfulness and self-compassion.  

​The Koru Basic workshop is offered in Fort Collins.  Inquire below for the upcoming dates.

Workshop Details:
*90-minute weekly sessions, with meditation, discussion, mind/body skills and mindfulness training.    
*Weekly emails to encourage daily mindfulness practice
